Social Work Practitioner

As a senior social worker, you will be responsible for conducting and preparing evidence-based assessments for families under pre-proceedings or within care proceedings. You'll supervise a family support worker, ensuring that they deliver bespoke and tailored interventions as part of the assessment process. Additionally, you will utilize your expertise to provide high-quality assessments and interventions that guide families through proceedings.

  An experienced practitioner with a minimum of five years post qualifying experience. You have a sound knowledge of the legislative framework related to children's safeguarding and are comfortable providing written and verbal evidence in court. You excel in applying critical thinking and analysis to prepare evidence-based assessments.
