Full Job Description
- Lead and manage Senior Case Workers and Social Workers.
- Handle a small, complex caseload.
- Assessment of risk.
- Support the duty function and deputise for the Team Manager.
- Assist in strategic planning and service delivery.
- Provide regular supervision and support to team members.
Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England (SWE). - Experience in safeguarding, complex case work and resource allocation.
- Ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to the £3,000 pro-rata per annum market supplement, we offer: - £2,000 pro-rata after 3 months (for external applicants).
- £2,000 pro-rata after 12 months and then annually (for all applicants).
