Social Work Assistant - Locality Hub (Central/North/East/West)

Two Social Work Assistant posts have become available required to join the Central locality team. You will have experience of working with children and their families and be committed to working in partnership to provide quality services.


You will be required to undertake case work, care and support assessments and the provision of information, Advice and Assistance in accordance with the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014. You will also be expected to support colleagues with complex cases and undertake specific case-related tasks. You will need to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills, a flexible approach to your work and a commitment to team working.


The satisfactory outcome of a criminal record check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this position.

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
