Living Better Lives in Lancashire
Our vision - Living Better Lives in Lancashire is about supporting people to live their life their way, achieving the things that are most important to them. We're driving forward innovative practice that will make a difference to our communities and we need new social workers to help us achieve our vision of supporting people to achieve what they want to, living independently in a place they call their home.
Our teams are varied and range from supporting young adults who are transitioning from children's services right through to working with older adults and those with physical disabilities, mental health conditions or learning disabilities and autism.
As you progress through the degree you will have the opportunity to shadow and undertake placements in different teams, giving you a great insight into the role of a social worker in a variety of settings.
