Full Job Description

A key role to support the implementation of a professional, competent, and knowledge sharing culture across your project to ensuring that best in class social value and stakeholder management is planned, implemented, delivered, and shared effectively and be seen as a positive value adding service. A key part of the role will be to work alongside the Senior Project Manager and Client Project Manager to support with Stakeholder duties such as communications, publications and community updates.   • Update, and execute the Stakeholder and Social Value Plans and implement the relevant parts of the Management System
  • Update Stakeholder Trackers and Stakeholder Action Trackers
  • Support Regional Social Value and Stakeholder Manager in understanding client requirements
  • Assume line management responsibility for work experience placements arranged for the project by assigning mentors and activities
  • Attend supplier, client, and project meetings, as necessary
  • Be the lead contact between client communications and the project delivery team
  • Represent the project on client and Sisk working groups
  • Report social value achievements and outputs using and client templates / reporting tools within agreed reporting periods against social value targets and collate evidence
  • Conduct/support the investigation of query/complaint events, and implement controls to prevent repeat occurrence
  • Work with staff, clients, and suppliers to understand the industry and the business, taking opportunities to learn and improve as they arise
  • Be aware of any changes to standards and legislation through attending training and knowledge sharing events
  • Support delivery of the Considerate Constructors Scheme
  • Follow internal assurance process and support external audits.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
