Full Job Description
- Lead and deliver social value, wellbeing, and sustainability initiatives across the site.
- Build strong partnerships with local community groups, charities, schools, and stakeholders.
- Develop programmes that support employment, training, volunteering, and community engagement.
- Monitor, report, and present social value performance and impact.
- Promote inclusion, wellbeing, and employee engagement through events, campaigns, and communications.
- Create newsletters, presentations, and reports that showcase achievements and opportunities.
Experience in social value, CSR, community engagement, wellbeing, or a related field. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- A proactive, creative, and solution-focused approach.
- Passion for creating positive social impact and building meaningful community relationships.
