UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Prescriber to join our Primary Care team at HMP Gartree, a category B Prison located in Market Harborough in Leicestershire. HMP Stocken is a busy male prison with a capacity for 708 inmates. We are recruiting for a Social Prescriber to support the wider Substance Misuse and wider Healthcare Team with 1-1's with patients, supporting the patients with alternative therapies such as art or wellbeing activities. We are welcoming applications from newly qualified candidates.
Hours: 0900 - 1700 Monday - Friday (Can be flexible with start and finish times)
Salary: This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £35,000 per annum
