Social Media Manager & Strategist - Freelance / Fixed Term

At TSA, we've quickly gained traction with clients and creators. In the last twelve months we've grown, bringing on brands such as De'Longhi, Kenwood and E.ON Next, as well as growing our relationships with brands such as Jack Daniel's. We're looking for a Freelance or Fixed Term Social Media Manager & Strategist to join our rapidly growing team and help us continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

About You

As a Social Media Manager & Strategist, you will serve as the essential link between our strategy, creative, creator, and client service teams. You will oversee the day to day management of social media accounts, translating client objectives into high performing social ecosystems to drive meaningful audience engagement and deliver measurable growth.

You will keep a close eye on pop culture and social trends, looking for strategic or creative opportunities to apply these insights to aid content creation and performance. This role also involves staying up to date on new platform features, identifying tech or AI platforms (like Sprout Social) to streamline operations, and supporting new business activities by conducting social audits and presenting to prospective clients in pitches.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining ongoing social media strategies and content calendars, ensuring all details and data are fully up to date. You will develop and maintain a consistent brand voice for each client through expert caption writing and community management. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with paid media departments to ensure paid campaigns are planned, mapped, and activated in a timely fashion, while extracting social reporting and analytics to constantly optimise strategy against client KPIs., We ask our team to be in our London office Tuesday to Thursday, so everyone is together for key meetings and collaboration. On Mondays and Fridays, you can either work from home or the office, the choice is yours!

You're the one we're looking for if you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a clear understanding of social and influencer marketing alongside the ability to manage multiple streams of work. You possess a deep passion for the strategic thinking behind strong social performance and understand social platforms inside out. You're an extremely well organised, collaborative team player with excellent copywriting skills, strong grammar, and a positive energy. You have proven experience using platforms like Sprout Social or Hootsuite to schedule content and extract analytics. You understand what exceptional social first content looks like across different client industries and are ready to take initiative as a forward thinker.
