Social Media Assistant (Student Staff)

We're looking for a creative and confident student who loves social media and knows how to turn ideas into engaging content. You'll plan and create organic, video-first content for Bristol SU's TikTok and Instagram, with a strong focus on trends, storytelling, and student voices., You'll work closely with the Marketing Team and Full-Time Officers to create content, support platform management, and produce paid-partnership posts with local and national businesses. We're looking for someone confident both behind and in front of the camera, with great communication skills and a genuine passion for social media.,

• Demonstrable experience in social media content creation, ideally for an organisation, company or student group.
• Confidence in approaching students and officers to get involved in content and interviews.
• A passion for social media, trends and content creation, with the ability to contribute innovative and exciting ideas to increase engagement on our channels.
• Confidence both behind and in front of the camera, with a willingness to feature in content when required.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the rest of the Marketing Team and our Full-Time Officers.
