Full Job Description

We're looking for a Social Media Analyst to join our Social Amplification team, supporting the delivery of paid social campaigns across Warner Bros. Discovery's portfolio including CNN, Sports and Entertainment brands.,

  • Execute paid social campaigns end-to-end across multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance against defined KPIs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Content Studios and Creative teams to support seamless campaign delivery
  • Develop reporting frameworks and provide insights aligned to business objectives
  • Plan media mix using audience insights tools and historical campaign data
  • Manage campaign budgets and support efficient allocation of media spend
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and promote paid social best practices

    In this role, you'll work closely with Sales, Content Studios and Commercial teams to execute campaigns end-to-end - from planning and activation through to performance reporting and optimisation. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in paid social while contributing to revenue growth and new commercial opportunities. If you're curious, analytical and motivated to grow in social media, we'd love to hear from you., Previous experience in social media, digital marketing or analytics within an agency, publisher or brand environment
  • Previous operational experience of paid social platforms and advertising performance metrics
  • Experience of campaign delivery in a biddable or auction-based media buying environment
  • Strong analytical capability, including working with data in Excel and generating actionable insights
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across teams
  • Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
