Full Job Description
- Conceptualise and facilitate the production and post-production of engaging short-form videos and stills, with a primary focus on TikTok and Instagram
- Plan and execute all content shoots whether it be UGC, behind-the-scenes or lifestyle
- Own content calendar and ensure consistent posting cadence
- Maintain strong visual identity aligned with the brand direction
- Participate in and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions focused on developing messaging and content for key brand initiatives
- Edit short form videos with quick turnarounds, ensuring high-quality content is delivered under tight deadlines Social Media Management:
- Manage all social channels end-to-end
- Write captions and optimise posts for engagement and growth
- Monitor and report on the latest trends and innovations in social media and content creation to keep our strategy fresh and relevant
- Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and influencers
- Build our influencer strategy, with support from our Head of Marketing, to ensure we are showing up in all the right places Performance & Reporting:
- Track and report on performance (engagement, growth, conversion, etc.
- Use insights to refine and adapt the content strategy
- Test formats, hooks and creative approaches Marketing Support:
- Support wider brand marketing initiatives and launches
- Assist in briefing paid ads (creative direction and messaging/hooks)
