Social Care Lead

Your main duties will be to provide management oversight and day-to-day supervision and leadership within our adult social care community social care teams. You will expect and maintain high standards of practice, be resident focused and promote strength-based working. These are times of unprecedented and exciting changes in Oldham and as such we require people who are resilient, thrive under pressure and are driven to deliver the best outcomes for residents of Oldham.

You will be qualified to degree level, have an appropriate post qualifying award such as consolidation module, practice educator stage 1 and/or 2, Best interest Assessor or equivalent with significant experience and be Social Work England registered. You will have experience of managing, supporting and supervising teams.
