Working closely with stakeholders, agency partners and directly with the platforms, you'll support integrated planning and continuous improvement. Through regular reporting and post-campaign analysis, you'll deliver clear insights and recommendations that drive measurable results and impact. You'll also Manage our day-to-day campaign trading, optimisation and troubleshooting across major platforms Apply best practice to targeting, ad copy and bidding strategies, improving effectiveness and efficiency Monitor budgets and pacing, following financial processes and approval workflows Complete quality assurance checks and resolve delivery or tracking issues quickly The skills you'll need To succeed in this role, you'll bring hands-on paid social expertise plus a combination of, strong analytical, communication and stakeholder

management skills, Your experience will include working within a large matrix organisation and collaborating across multiple teams. In addition, you'll have the ability to lead conversations on Paid Social strategy and performance. And you demonstrate a real passion for innovation in this field. We'll also expect you to have: Strong experience of running and trading paid social campaigns at scale across major platforms, including ad placements and targeting options Professional certifications such as Meta Blueprint, Google Video Ads, LinkedIn Insider, and proficiency with Sprinklr or a similar social media management platform Proficiency in Excel with the confidence to use data and reporting tools to guide optimisation A clear understanding of creative and media best practice for both brand and performance activity A commitment to continuous learning and keeping up to date with digital and social media trends Hours 35 Job Posting Closing Date: 16/04/2026 Ways of Working:Hybrid",
