Snr Dietitian Primary Health Care (stroke rehab)

The post holder will be a member of the Primary Care nutrition and dietetic team that works across the health care community, including community hospitals, as well as out-patient and telephone clinics. The post holder will work as part of our community hospital team with particular responsibility for the dietetic input for the specialist stroke rehabilitation in-patient unit in Coalville community hospital, and as such will have a caseload of in-patient adults., You will have the opportunity to work with and supervise a Dietetic Support Worker. Due to the nature of the work a car driver is essential. The service is committed to CPD and personal development and we have good clinical supervision models and in-house CPD in place to support you.

The service is involved in the pre-registration placements for student dietitians undertaking A, B and C placements, to which the post-holder will contribute.
