Full time: 40hours Mon-Fri SC Clearance Location: South East England At Mitie, you'll have the chance to work and make a difference across our client's estate. The Role You will lead the end-to-end delivery of small works across multiple disciplines, ensuring full compliance with governance, contractual requirements, and health and safety obligations. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will oversee contractors, manage programmes and budgets, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the lifecycle of every project. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compliant small works projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to contractual, statutory, quality, and health & safety requirements.
- Take full health and safety ownership for directly managed works, producing Construction Phase Plans and all required statutory documentation.
- Manage contractors, programmes, and risks, coordinating resources and maintaining control of time, cost, and quality.
- Control commercial performance, including compiling quotations, supporting financial approvals, managing payment applications, and ensuring value for money.
- Lead stakeholder communication and reporting, providing clear progress updates, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement. Experience & Technical Skills
- Experience of small works or project in a fast paced environment
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Maximo or equivalent CAFM experience
- Ability to manage multiple works simultaneously
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively Qualifications
- SMSTS or equivalent Health and Safety qualification preferable
- Valid driving license
- SC Clearance or able to achieve SC clearance
Experience of small works or project in a fast paced environment - Microsoft Office proficiency
- Maximo or equivalent CAFM experience
- Ability to manage multiple works simultaneously
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, SMSTS or equivalent Health and Safety qualification preferable
