Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon - Part-time,12m FTC

This is a varied and rewarding position, perfect for a vet seeking a balanced workload without out-of-hours commitments or sole charge responsibilities. The role will involve general veterinary duties, including consultations and inpatient/ward care, with the option to undertake occasional surgical days. Surgical work is entirely optional, making this equally suitable for candidates who prefer a consult-only focus. As part of a practice that provides out-of-hours services to local member clinics, you'll have exposure to a diverse and engaging caseload-ideal for maintaining and developing your clinical expertise.

  We are a RCVS-accredited, two-site small animal practice based in Bury and Bolton, with a 24-hour A&E hospital in Bury. Our caseload is diverse, fast-paced, and highly rewarding, offering excellent exposure to both routine and emergency cases.
  
  Part-time: 20 hours per week
• 2 days per week: Wednesday + either Thursday or Friday
• 8:00am - 6:30pm
• 10:00am - 8:30pm
Flexible working options available, including possible school hours for the right candidate
• 8:00am - 7:00pm or 10:00am - 8:00pm
