Our Practice Includes:

• A purpose-built Veterinary Hospital in Colne


• A consulting and operating branch in Burnley


• A consulting branch in Barnoldswick


• Our own 24/7 out-of-hours service, providing continuity of care for our patients


• Modern facilities including digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory equipment, endoscopy, dedicated surgical theatres and separate canine and feline wards

We're passionate about supporting both our people and our local community through charity fundraising, educational initiatives and local partnerships.

Role Details

• Consulting-focused position with a strong emphasis on client care and clinical decision-making


• Routine consultations and case work-ups


• Working alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team, with certificate holders in medicine, dentistry and emergency and critical care, supported by a highly skilled nursing team


• Opportunity to undertake routine surgical procedures if desired


• Full-time position (part-time and flexible working arrangements considered)


• No out-of-hours commitments


• Participation in a shared weekend rota to ensure continuous high-quality care


• Flexible schedules available to suit both the candidate and the practice

About You

We're looking for a vet who:

• Has ideally completed VetGDP


• Is confident with routine consultations


• Enjoys building strong client relationships


• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills


• Is enthusiastic about learning and ongoing professional development


• Wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative practice
