Full Job Description

We Are Care is looking for experienced support workers for evening shifts with a paid sleep-in night in small supported living homes for adults with learning disabilities around Bourne and Grantham (PE10 and NG33).

Evening support, then a paid sleep-in, with the morning handover. Shifts are booked weeks ahead, so you can plan around them. Part-time hours, and you choose the shifts that suit you.

Fair pay, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension where eligible.
