Skoda Sales Executive

At Škoda Swansea, part of the respected Sinclair Group, we're now looking for a professional, motivated Sales Executive who can deliver a premium experience to every customer who walks through our showroom doors. Your duties will include: As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer journey:

• Building strong customer relationships and guiding them through the entire sales process
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicles and finance options
• Presenting and demonstrating vehicles with confidence and enthusiasm
• Following up leads to maximise every opportunity
• Managing accurate sales administration including finance, part-exchange, and handover documentation
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve personal and team targets
  
  The ideal applicant will have some previous sales background and demonstrate a confident manner when speaking with customers. We are looking for someone who can represent the Škoda brand with confidence and integrity:
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or automotive
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed
• Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple customers
• A full UK driving licence
  
  Automotive experience is an advantage, but we welcome strong sales talent from other industries.
