Full Job Description
Estée Lauder Companies seeks an Education Executive for Skincare Cluster to implement education strategy across Travel Retail West (UK, Europe and MEIA). You will partner with Regional Education Managers to deliver engaging learning experiences, drive brand knowledge and support product launches across Clinique, La Mer and Estée Lauder.
You will coordinate calendars, manage education logistics, coach field teams and monitor training impact with dashboards and KPI tracking.
