Full Job Description

We are seeking a full-time member of staff (on a 12-month maternity cover basis) to manage and deliver our NEET reduction programmes. The role involves overseeing all areas of our NEET reduction programmes, including; programme design, recruitment, delivery and reporting. Alongside this, you will manage a small team of staff (currently 1 staff member), whilst also delivering on the NEET reduction programmes yourself.
Your Main Responsibilities:
· Manage all Robins Foundation NEET reduction programmes (predominantly 14 - 24-year-olds), including programme design, recruitment, delivery and reporting.
· Manage, support and develop a small team of staff delivering on NEET reduction programmes.
· Deliver on NEET reduction programmes.
· Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and funding partners, including Bristol City Council, The West of England Combine Authority and local schools etc.
· Manage and work collaboratively with consortium delivery partners, including Bristol Bears Foundation and Empire Fighting Chance.
· Explore new funding opportunities to support with long term sustainability of NEET reduction programmes.
· Contribute as part of the Foundation Safeguarding team, working with the Designated Safeguarding Officer to ensure effective safeguarding practices are in place across NEET reduction programmes.

· Do you have experience in managing and delivering a programme focused on progressing young people into Education, Employment or Training (or similar)?
· Are you passionate about supporting young people and staff to achieve their potential?
· Can you build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders?
· Are you organised, proactive and eager to work in a dynamic charity environment?, · Previous experience of managing and delivering a NEET reduction programme (or similar e.g. schools or post-16 related programmes).
· A strong understanding of education, employment and training pathways available to young people in Bristol.
· Previous experience of line managing, supporting and/or developing staff.
· A proven track record of effectively building and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
· Previous experience of supporting participants who face barriers accessing education and work e.g. SEND, SEMH, disadvantaged groups.
· An ability to build positive, trusted relationships with young people.
· A passion for working with young people to achieve positive outcomes and change lives.
· Youth work or other related delivery qualification (desirable but not essential).
· Competent IT skills.
· Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle.

Candidates must also be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends. The role will be offered subject to an Enhanced DBS check and self-disclosure form.
