Team Management
+ Lead and coordinate the daily running of orthopaedic theatre lists.

+ Monitor adherence to service level agreements and escalate non-compliance.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
+ Reduce turnaround times and minimise case delays.

Sherwood Forest Hospitals are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Orthopaedic Theatre Team Leader to provide clinical leadership within our busy orthopaedic operating theatres.
As Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care and maintaining professional standards within the theatre setting.
