• Report issues with carrying out their duties in the correct manner with their Line Manager.
• Operate a variety of mixing equipment, including but not restricted to, the Orbi Mixers and the Bowl Choppers.
• Follow prepping and weighing recipes accurately and consistently and be able to scan / book accurately all material movements.
