Skilled Operative

Skilled Operatives step up to the mark in the absence of the Team Manager, so you'll need strong communication skills, working collaboratively to keep the department running smoothly. You'll help with the day-to-day management of the team, as well as stepping up and taking on more responsibility when the Team Manager is absent., Experience of working within a warehouse or production environment.
Experience of using IT Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and AX (Stock Management System)
Able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to work in an accurate and methodical manner.
Willingness to develop your knowledge further.
Self-Motivated.

This role is a permanent contract. 39 hours per week - Working Sunday-Thursday which is inclusive of Bank Holidays.
Location: Sacrewell Lodge Farm, Great North Road, Thornhaugh, Peterborough, PE8 6HJ

Pay: £14.36 per hour. Plus, an additional 71p per hour when hours exceed 8pm
