Confident reading and understanding technical drawings

Relevant vocational qualifications or equivalent experienceThis role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance and adherance to ITAR restrictions, which must be obtained and maintained. Failure to achieve or retain BPSS clearance may result in ineligibility for the role
Skilled Fitters - Aerospace (Rib Cell Team) Contract Opportunity Our client, a leading organisation within the aerospace sector, is looking for 3 Skilled Fitters to join their Rib Cell team on a contract basis. Positions will train on earlies before moving onto the late shift. Pay Rates PAYE Earlies: £22.23 per hour
Lates (20% uplift): £25.94 per hour Umbrella Earlies: £30.56 per hour
Lates (20% uplift): £35.66 per hour Shift Times Earlies: Mon-Thu: 06:00-14:15
Fri: 06:00-12:00Lates: Mon-Thu: 14:15-22:30
Fri: 12:00-18:00 Key Responsibilities Assemble aerospace components accurately and to specification
Fit rib cell components with precision and quality focus
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions
Use hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
Perform quality checks and resolve any fitting issues
Collaborate with the team to maintain production flow
