Skilled Baker - Feya - London

We're looking for a talented and passionate professional baker to join our team at a new wellness-focused bakery and café. You'll help develop and produce a high-quality range of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies and other baked goods. Working closely with the wider team, you'll contribute to recipe development, seasonal products and new menu launches, with a focus on thoughtful recipes, high-quality ingredients and modern presentation.,

• Produce consistently high-quality baked goods
• Develop and test new recipes, including wellness-focused products
• Work with natural, alternative and reduced- or no-refined-sugar ingredients
• Manage daily preparation and production
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
• Help manage ingredient ordering, stock and waste
• Work within agreed food costs and production targets
• Collaborate on seasonal menus and special projects
  
  Professional baking experience in a bakery, café, restaurant or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• A creative approach to recipe development and presentation
• Experience with health-conscious, natural or alternative ingredients is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• An organised, reliable and independent approach
• A passion for food, wellness and modern bakery culture
• Confidence working in a fast-paced start-up environment
