Job Title: Site SupervisorRate of Pay: £ 14 per hourPosition Type: PermanentType of Employment: Part TimeContractual Hours: 30 hours per weekShift pattern: 9:00 am to 3:00 pmLocation: Morley Leisure Centre, Queensway, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England LS27 9JP, Join Our TeamWe are looking for a motivated and organised Site Supervisor to join our Leeds BSF Leisure team.
This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day management of cleaning operations across our leisure centres. You'll work closely with the Facilities Manager to maintain high standards, support staff, ensure compliance and help keep our sites running smoothly.

What You'll Be DoingLeading the Cleaning Team
-Supporting and supervising cleaning staff.
-Carrying out regular quality inspections.
-Managing day-to-day cleaning activities.
-Supporting reactive cleaning tasks when required.
People Management
-Assisting with recruitment and interviews.
-Delivering inductions and toolbox talks.
-Supporting attendance, welfare and performance management.
-Conducting investigations where required in line with company procedures.
-Supporting holiday planning and shift cover.
Compliance & Administration
-Monitoring QFM service requests and events.
-Organising site paperwork and records.
-Supporting management of RAMS, COSHH and compliance documentation.
-Assisting with audits and inspections.
-Maintaining cleaning records and documentation.
Operational Support
-Raising cleaning and consumable orders.
-Managing stock levels.
-Supporting maintenance activities where required.
-Working with the Facilities Management team to improve service delivery.
Previous supervisory or team leader experience.
-Good organisation and communication skills.
-Experience leading or supporting operational teams.
-Confident using Microsoft Office.
-Positive, proactive attitude.
Desirable
-Cleaning, facilities management or leisure sector experience.
-Knowledge of QFM or similar systems.
-Experience with RAMS, COSHH and compliance documentation.
-Flexibility is required to support operational needs.
-You will be expected to work approximately one weekend per month to support service delivery, site inspections and team management.
