Full Job Description
You'll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Monitoring and managing the appearance and behaviours of all Security personnel, taking remedial action as appropriate and in line with company policy and procedures
- Assignment instructions and site documentation kept up to date
- All incidents are reported in compliance with customer and company policy and procedures
- Planning, development and implementing staff training, including both routine duties and emergency procedures
- Monitor faults with security related equipment, ensuring they are reported correctly
- Being fully conversant with operational functions including Access Control CCTV, Detection and Alarm Systems, ensuring an effective monitoring and reporting function is maintained
- Assist the Site Manager with any reasonable or practical request
