Full Job Description
- Co-ordinate works to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Complete and maintain detailed and accurate site reports.
- Take overall responsibility for health and safety on site.
- Ensure that near misses, accidents, incidents and other safety concerns are promptly reported at the appropriate level.
- Conduct daily briefings take place prior to commencing any activity & brief the team on all method statements and risk assessments relating to the project.
- Monitor and support the high performance of individual team members and maintain high levels of work quality.
- Conduct self in a way that reflect and promotes the Van Elle company values.
Experienced professionals with previous experience in CFA Piling. - Site Supervisor's Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification.
- Experience in operating Soilmec piling rigs.
- Proven relevant experience in construction, as well as appropriate health and safety training
- Strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business.
- Proven experience of working to tight deadlines with an ability to prioritise
- Flexibility to travel around the UK and hold a full, clean driving license that is valid in the UK. Other Requirements:
- Eligible to work and live in the UK.
- Flexibility to travel in the UK.
- A full driving licence, that is valid in the UK (desirable)
