Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Location: Birmingham - B46 1DA Join our team as a Site Security Manager, where you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our facilities, assets, and personnel. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about security and committed to fostering a safe and secure environment. In this position, you will lead initiatives to enhance security protocols and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance. WHAT DO THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Promote and directly manage fundamental security objectives to ensure site physical security and the protection of customer assets and employee safety.
• Ensure compliance with and adherence to all Security Policies, Processes, Procedures, and protocols.
• Collaborate with internal and external security stakeholders and operational teams to optimize security performance and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that deliver customer value.
• Coordinate incident report responses related to stock anomalies and losses.
• Gather security intelligence and implement preventative measures to mitigate stock loss.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
• Basic knowledge and understanding of security concepts and internal tools and processes (such as Logics and Incident Management) is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in conducting security investigations from inception to successful conclusion.
• Proven experience in data-driven loss prevention investigations.
• Experience of stakeholder mamagment is key for this role.
