About the job The Site Quality Co-ordinator provides on-site quality support to the operational team, ensuring that standards, compliance requirements and customer expectations are consistently achieved. This is a hands-on role working closely with production colleagues, leadership, and sometimes external stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for
• Implementing and upholding quality standards, policies and relevant certifiable requirements
• Contributing to a culture of safety, quality and compliance across the site
• Supporting the Quality / Food Safety mindset through daily interactions and decision-making
• Ensuring that procedures, customer demands and legislation are followed
• Applying specialist knowledge related to products, processes or quality standards
• Collecting, analysing and reporting quality data to support decision-making
• Assisting in problem-solving, root-cause analysis and issue resolution
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Liaising with customers regarding complaints, investigations and queries
• Maintaining management systems, documentation and databases
• Acting as a partner to operations, providing guidance and technical insight
• Helping drive continuous improvement through quality-related projects
