Site Operative

Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be predominately responsible for assisting with the Ammunition Stores , typical tasks will include dealing with service users, maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train. • Looking after the camps general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose
• Handover and take back site facilities from facility users
• Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including ablutions, shower blocks etc.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Work in a diverse multi-tasking mobile team environment
• Operation and maintenance of plant equipment to include Fork lift (training will be provided)
• General building and Grounds maintenance
• Stock management tasks
• Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
• Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
  
  General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge
• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to complete documentation
• Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet
• Hold a valid UK driving licence due to the rural location of this site
• Fork lift licence would be advantageous but training will be given
