Full Job Description

The Chelmsford Learning Partnership, overseeing Roding Valley High School, seeks a proactive Deputy Premises Manager to lead on site operations and turn-maintenance tasks. You will directly impact safety, standards and daily school life by coordinating a caretaking team and partnering with contractors.

Applicants should have premises or facilities experience, strong team leadership, and hands-on maintenance skills, with IOSH or equivalent qualification preferred.
