Site Manager (Suffolk)

LNT Construction Limited, part of the LNT Care Developments Group, is seeking an experienced Site Manager with proven care home construction experience to deliver high-quality projects across Suffolk. Role Overview: This role is ideally suited to a Site Manager with a strong background in new-build care homes or similar healthcare/residential specialist environments. You will oversee the full on-site delivery of projects from groundworks through to handover, ensuring compliance with all technical, regulatory, and quality standards associated with care sector developments. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver compliant, high-quality builds
• Maintain strict adherence to project specifications, programmes, and budgets
• Ensure all works align with relevant Building Regulations, fire safety requirements, and care-sector standards
• Enforce HSE regulations and company Health & Safety policies at all times
• Drive quality assurance processes to achieve high-end finishes suitable for CQC-compliant environments
• Liaise professionally with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and handover
Essential Experience & Qualifications:
• Applicants must demonstrate:
• Proven Site Manager experience on care home developments
• Strong knowledge of traditional build construction methods
• Level 6 or Level 7 qualification in Construction Management
• Black CSCS Card
• SMSTS - current certification
• First Aid at Work - current certification
• Full, clean UK driving licence and own transport
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with subcontractors and clients
