Typical works include kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes, internal refurbishments, and planned improvement works.Whether your background is in social housing, refurbishment, planned works, or wider construction projects, we'd love to hear from you.The RoleAs Site Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of refurbishment projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, clients and residents, you'll play a key role in ensuring

successful project delivery while maintaining a positive customer experience throughout.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging refurbishment projects from inception through to completionCoordinating direct labour, subcontractors and suppliersEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specificationMonitoring programme performance and project progressManaging quality inspections and compliance documentationWorking alongside Commercial teams to manage costs and budgetsMaintaining site records, inductions and health & safety standardsEnsuring operatives have the materials, equipment and support they needBuilding positive relationships with residents, clients and stakeholdersMaintaining a clean, safe and well-organised site environmentWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as a Site Manager within refurbishment or constructionExperience delivering projects in occupied environments is desirableUnderstanding of Social Housing and resident-focused deliveryStrong leadership and organisational
