Site Manager - Navenby Feed Mill Location: Navenby Feed Mill, Lincolnshire Department: Agriculture GB Reporting to: Head of Feed Milling Pilgrim's Europe is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to lead the Navenby Feed Mill operation. This role is responsible for the overall management of the site, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operations while driving performance across production, technical and administrative functions. About the Role As Site Manager, you will provide leadership across all site activities, ensuring the mill delivers high-quality feed products efficiently and safely. You will work closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement, develop employees and achieve key business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all site functions, including production, quality, planning and administration. Oversee feed production and transport logistics to ensure efficient supply to farms. Ensure appropriate staffing levels and support the

development of site teams. Drive operational improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain compliance with health & safety, environmental and company standards. Manage raw material and finished product stock levels. Oversee maintenance programmes to ensure equipment reliability and legal compliance. Ensure quality control standards are consistently achieved. Lead recruitment, talent development and employee performance management. Manage site budgets, projects and operational KPIs. Foster a positive working environment and effectively manage employee relations matters. What We're Looking For Essential Strong people management and leadership skills. Feed mill production process control experience. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities. Budget management experience. High level of professionalism, confidence and integrity. Good standard of education. Willingness to travel to other sites when required. Desirable Degree-level qualification. Previous experience
within the feed industry. Engineering background. Measures of Success Production efficiency and mill performance. Feed intake and delivery efficiency. Effective stock control. Feed quality standards.
