Full Job Description
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site and delivery against programme.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and materials to maintain progress.
- Ensure build quality meets NHBC standards and company expectations.
- Maintain strong health & safety standards and carry out regular site inspections.
- Monitor plot progression, resolve issues and keep the wider team informed.
An experienced Site Manager from a residential housebuilding background. - Ideally, experience within a PLC or volume housebuilder.
- Strong knowledge of traditional build and NHBC requirements.
- Someone who can organise trades, manage quality and keep a firm grip on programme.
- An experienced Assistant Site Manager ready to step up will also be considered.
Surrey / Up to £70,000 + Package We're working with a major PLC housebuilder on a traditional build development in Surrey, set within an established residential area with a mix of new homes and green open space., - Salary up to £70,000 + package.
