Site Manager

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. You'll oversee:

• Site operations, programmes and resources
• Subcontractors, labour, materials and plant
• Quality and workmanship
• Health, safety and regulatory compliance
• Site teams and stakeholder relationships
• Identifying and resolving issues
• Project progress and delivery

• Proven construction industry experience
• Strong knowledge of construction and building defects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A strong focus on health, safety and quality
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• The ability to take ownership and accountability
Experience in building remediation, refurbishment or high-rise residential projects would be advantageous.
