Full Job Description
Ordering and supervising repairs, acting as project manager for small maintenance contracts.
Managing and monitoring facility or building contractors.
Arranging for the opening, closing, heating, and availability of equipment.
Planning and managing school events such as assemblies, meetings, workshops, and INSET days.
Supervising premises staff to maintain effective working relationships.
Arranging within budget for day-to-day repairs.
Ensuring the school premises and grounds are well maintained and fit for purpose.
Conducting regular surveys and inspections to identify issues and plan minor maintenance work.
