Full Job Description
- Oversee all on-site operations for a residential housing project
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards and site regulations
- Monitor build programme, budgets, and project deadlines
- Carry out quality inspections and ensure high build standards
- Maintain site documentation, reports, and records
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management
Proven experience managing housing/residential developments - Strong understanding of UK construction and H&S regulations
- SMSTS certification (essential)
- Valid CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred)
- First Aid at Work certification
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
Rate £280 -£300 - Company vehicle or car allowance
