Full Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of multiple building and refurbishment projects, leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely, on time, and to the highest standards. What you'll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day site operations across refurbishment and maintenance projects
- Leading and motivating operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring excellent standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Monitoring programme delivery, productivity, and performance
- Working closely with commercial teams to deliver successful project outcomes
Previous experience managing construction, refurbishment, or housing maintenance projects - SMSTS or SSSTS certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer and client outcomes
