Site Manager

We're looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our Construction team based on site in Central London., This is an exciting opportunity to lead the day-to-day construction of projects valued up to £7m. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, within budget, to programme and quality expectations, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll manage operational resources and drive project success from procurement through to commissioning and completion.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering projects safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. Your day to day will include:

-Leading site operational staff to ensure project success

-Managing procurement, installation and commissioning activities across the project lifecycle

-Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers

-Implementing project plans and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and health and safety requirements

-Planning operational requirements for resources and managing project communications with all stakeholders

You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS certification,

-You have demonstrable experience in a site management role with a proven track record in construction

-You're an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels and build strong relationships

-You have strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental management practices

-You're highly organised, IT competent, and have a good understanding of construction methods and planning techniques
