Full Job Description
We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Secure Environments team based in Aldermaston., Kier Places are recruiting now for a Site Manager in Aldermaston to join our Secure Environments team delivering projects across the UK Defence portfolio. Your role will be key to ensuring projects are safely delivered on time and to budget whilst achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. We are building a new team to deliver multiple projects within one secure facility, with a strong focus on detail.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Secure Environments team, supporting them in delivering high-quality projects across the UK Defence portfolio. Your day to day will include:
-Managing the site and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality
-Implementing and monitoring health and safety procedures, including weekly audits and maintaining all required documentation
-Controlling and monitoring the use of all resources including sub-contractors to maximise efficiency
-Maintaining comprehensive site records including reports, diaries, progress photographs and health and safety records
-Building effective relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Manager is great for you if:
-You hold a Full driving licence
You have demonstrable Site Management experience with a proven track record in successfully managing projects
-You possess strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams
-You are commercially aware with excellent organisational and communication skills
