Site Manager - Industrial Warehouse Build


We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new-build industrial warehouse unit with a steel frame structure.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to completion.

  • Coordinate subcontractors and site labour.

  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Maintain site health & safety compliance and reporting.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.


Requirements



  • Proven experience managing industrial or warehouse construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of steel frame builds.

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • Ability to drive programme performance and maintain high HSE standards.
