Site Manager - Industrial Warehouse Build
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new-build industrial warehouse unit with a steel frame structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site labour.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain site health & safety compliance and reporting.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing industrial or warehouse construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of steel frame builds.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to drive programme performance and maintain high HSE standards.
