Site Manager

At Groves Health, we're looking for an ambitious and motivated Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our busy GP practices in Richmond. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of South West London's fastest-growing primary care providers. You'll work alongside experienced clinical and operational leaders to ensure the practice delivers safe, effective and patient-centred care, whilst continuously improving services for both patients and staff. If you're passionate about operational excellence, leading high-performing teams and driving service improvement, we'd love to hear from you., As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the operational leadership of your practice, ensuring services run efficiently, safely and in line with NHS and CQC standards. You'll lead and support a multidisciplinary administrative team, oversee practice performance, manage quality and governance processes, and work closely with clinicians and the Group Management Team to deliver excellent patient care. This is a varied leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to:
