Full Job Description
Being a maintenance supervisor in our school means being part of something big. You'll be doing your bit to make sure the school building is a great place to be for our young people., You'll supervise a skilled team to carry out maintenance and general repairs, together, you'll fix problems and keep school grounds neat and tidy. You'll make sure the school meets Health & Safety regulations, undertake safety inspections and keep up to date with any issues. As Supervisor, you'll liaise with the Regional Property Manager and support the Head Teacher at the school.

- Have experience managing a site
- Maintenance skills either professionally or as a DIY enthusiast
- Support a team of maintenance workers and contractors
- Have a 'can do' attitude - a team player who rolls up their sleeves to help others
- Know how to apply Health & Safety regulations
- Be willing to start the day early (8am)
Hilden Park school is a purpose built, brand new, state of the art school, catering primarily for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger's and Speech, Language and Communication needs.
