Full Job Description
- To align people-related policies and processes to ensure legal compliance
- Implement an approved People Plan that underpins the changes required to Culture and Performance.
- To manage and motivate the HR team to deliver against team and individual objectives
- To support the establishment of the required Leadership standards and capability at all levels of the business via leadership development; management training; succession planning etc
- Proactive support and advice across the full spectrum of employee relations and employment law, including grievance, discipline, dismissal, TUPE and redundancy
CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) with strong HR knowledge and up-to-date employment law expertise - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Planning & Organisation skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to influence others
- Strong IT skills e.g. MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of HR Policies, Employee Relations, Change Management and HR databases We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.

This is a full-time permanent position. You'll be working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all! Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). A company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and death in service.
