Full Job Description
Arcus FM Limited is seeking a proactive Site Inspector on a 3-month fixed term contract to support a national client. You will perform building condition surveys and logging data across thousands of sites, ensuring compliance and driving improvements in the tenant experience.
You will report findings using internal systems, review energy usage, and coordinate with tenants. A valid UK driving licence and multi-trade experience are essential for success in this fast-paced role.
