Full Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Residential Site Engineer to join a busy and growing team on residential developments in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer with strong setting out and surveying experience to work on high-volume housing projects.,
- Setting out for roads, sewers, drainage, foundations, kerbing, and plot works
- Ensuring works are completed accurately and to specification
- Carrying out site surveys and maintaining QA records
- Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and clients
- Producing as-built drawings and maintaining site documentation
- Monitoring health & safety compliance on site
- Using Leica/Topcon GPS and robotic instruments
Previous experience as a Site Engineer within residential groundworks - Strong knowledge of roads and sewers packages
- Proficient with GPS equipment and AutoCAD
- CSCS card essential
- SMSTS or SSSTS beneficial
- Full UK driving licence
