Setting out for foundations, drainage, roads, and external works
Managing and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with project requirements and tolerances
Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and clients
Conducting site surveys and maintaining accurate records
Supporting quality control and health & safety compliance on site
Resolving technical issues as they arise

Proven experience as a Site Engineer within groundworks or residential housing projects
Strong knowledge of drainage, foundations, and infrastructure works
Proficient in the use of surveying equipment (e.g. GPS, Total Station)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
CSCS card (essential)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience with volume housing developers
SMSTS or SSSTS certification
